This Bangla apology uses the Kintsugi idea of repairing something broken with gold. Make the writing accountable and hopeful without suggesting that hurt can be erased instantly.

Use familiar, clear Bangla and check pronouns, spelling and punctuation. State what you regret and what you plan to change without adding excuses.
